The order process

Pre-order explained

Using a pre-order system means that most of what LRD produces depends on what you buy, allowing us to keep waste to a minimum.
We will hold low quantities of stock so sometimes you can be lucky enough to buy an item ready to dispatch, but once these have sold your order will be added to the next drop from our manufacturers  and then made especially for you.
This means you have ordered before the product is ready to be dispatched. 


Shipping is free for all orders over £400

Express shipping to UK: £10 

Express shipping to EU: £20**

Express shipping to the rest of the world £30**

Russia: £50

We will strive to deliver your order in the window stated when purchasing, but cannot guarantee this will always be the case as unforeseen circumstances can always arise.  

We will always keep you up to date with the progress of your order and let you know if there are any delays, as well as a confirmation email once your delivery has been shipped to you.



We hope you love the items you have bought from us, but of course we understand that garments don’t always fit as well as you’d hoped. If you decide that you want to return the goods you have ordered, you have the option to exchange them for another size or item or to receive a refund upon the following conditions:

  • You email us at to notify us of your return

  • You include the returns form that we will send through to you

  • You must return the item within 14 days of them being delivered to you  to the address stated on the returns form. After this we unfortunately can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

  • You must return the item to us in its original condition, unworn and undamaged. 

  • It must also be in the original packaging with the tags and labels attached.

  • You must comply with all other instructions for the return of goods to us, as detailed on the Shipping & Returns page.

Please note that we are not responsible for the returned items until they have been delivered back to us, so we recommend using a fully-tracked courier service to post the items back to us. We also encourage you to return the order in its original packaging in order to reduce waste and unnecessary packaging.

Provided you have complied with the above, we will aim to process your exchange or refund within 10 working days of the returned goods being accepted by us. Please be advised we will only exchange sizing of a like for like product. Items are not exchangeable for different items, and will instead be refunded with the requirement to place a new order.

Refunds will be paid back to the original payment method used to purchase the goods.

For customers returning items from outside the UK, it is important to make a clear note on the outside of your package advising of: ‘BRITISH RETURNED GOODS’. Without this you may be liable for import duty charges, which will be deducted from the refund amount, and may result in your return becoming delayed in arriving with us.

We aim to provide as much information on each garment as possible. Please note that the size chart is an average approximate for the fit of the whole collection, and can vary slightly from garment to garment. For exact garment measurements or any other questions, please contact us at

As we work with pre-ordering we really want to promote mindful purchasing and hope to keep the need for returns to a minimum. For this reason, we do not offer free postage on returns, unless, of course your garment is faulty. Please see the ‘faulty items’ section below for further information.

Faulty Items 

We are very sorry if you’ve received a faulty item.

We inspect each item before sending it to you, but something these things can be missed.

We will organise a free returns shipping label to be sent to you.

Once we receive the item back to us, it will be inspected and upon approval we will be happy to organise an exchange, repair service or refund.

If we do not believe that the fault was there prior to delivery but instead damage caused by you upon receipt of the order, we will not be able to issue a refund.

In this instance, you will have the option to have the garment sent back to you (shipping costs will be your responsibility) or repaired at a fee.

Alternatively, if the garment is sent back as faulty, but we do not deem it as faulty, we will treat it as a return and deduct the shipping fee from your refund.

Cancelling An Order

If you decide to cancel your order, please contact hello@lr-dcom as soon as possible, confirming the details of the order you want to cancel.

Unfortunately it will not always be possible to stop the order if it has already been completed and dispatched in which case you can return the unwanted item back to us once received.

Subject to any items being returned in accordance with our instructions for returns (as set out above in these terms of service and on our ‘Shipping and Returns’ page) we will give you a full refund for your cancelled order.

If items are returned to us due to refusal of delivery we reserve the right to deduct further postage and penalties incurred from any subsequent refund.

Lost or Stolen Items

Once your items have been delivered at the address provided, they will no longer be covered under our insurance and therefore we will no longer be responsible for the items/order. Please take care to check your tracking number which you will receive as soon as the item has been dispatched.
